As a creator, you may wish to use Gamma's logo in your NFT artwork and metadata. While we are happy for you to use our brand visuals, there are a few guidelines you must follow.
- However our logo is included in an NFT collection, its use must not suggest endorsement by or affiliation to Gamma. Whether the use of our logo suggests endorsement or affiliation will be at Gamma's sole discretion.
- For generative collections, we ask that our logo is not present in more than 10% of the collection traits as not to suggest endorsement or affiliation.
- Artistic variations of the logo are accepted within NFT artwork and metadata. If, however, if you are trying to use the Gamma logo as-is without artistic variation, please follow the guidelines below.
- We allow commercial use of our logos within NFT artwork and metadata for NFTs on Gamma, provided it complies with the non-exclusive and hate-speech terminations outlined in this a16z Can't Be Evil license.
- All marks below are owned by Gamma.io Inc. Although we allow you to display and use our marks in accordance with this written policy, using them does not give you any legal rights to the marks.
- Please review our Terms of Use for more information, which are the controlling terms if there are conflicting terms.
