On Bitcoin, we use PSBTs (partially signed Bitcoin transactions) to facilitate trust-minimized listings and purchases. To sign these transactions, we need to pass in very small amounts of Bitcoin as placeholders for your swapped items, referred to in the industry as "dummy" inputs and outputs.
If you don't have any "dummy" UTXOs in your wallet, we need to prepare several of them with an onchain transaction. This will cost a small amount of network fees, but is required to facilitate these trades.
After preparing your wallet by broadcasting this transaction, you'll be able to proceed with your purchase within just a few seconds.
